I am a Digital Transformation Leader, Startup Founder, Systems Architect, and ICT Entrepreneur based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology: designing systems, simplifying processes, shaping digital platforms, and helping teams develop the confidence to use them well.
As founder of TekWorx.Digital, I have led work spanning E-Commerce, AdTech, GovTech, PropTech, AgriTech, and eGovernance. In government and capacity-building engagements, I translate technical possibilities into usable public services and practical learning experiences.

Conceived, designed, and launched this GovTech platform for LGUs to digitalize citizen-facing services and internal processes. As of August 2026, the system is being utilized by Filipino citizens across 23 barangays, 1 municipality, 1 highly-urbanized city, with at least 3 more municipalities for rollout in 2027, and counting.
